Hydraulic Travelling Head Cutting Machine
The G1650 and G 2080 cutting machines are the lighter construcion versions of beam cutting presses using cutting dies. The comparatively small size and light weight of these machines allows for use in an average place.The 30 ton ( 300 kN) cutting power can cut wide dies and materials in multiple layers.
Geared head moving makes operation easy. When the head is moved to the side, the cutting area is accessible and visible. The high cutting speed and quick motion of the cutting head make the machine extremely productive. |
Hydraulic Full Beam Cutting Machine
The GA2000 type full beam presses are made with 50-300 ton cutting power, 1200-2200mm wide and 650-1600mm deep table and beam size. Thanks to tthe self lubricated bronze bushes no central lubrication is needed. The presses can be produced with manual or motorized positive stops. All version can be equipped with cutter plate holding rails.
Manual, motorized or pneumatic moved shuttle tables can be selected, even with two side motorized solution, and delivered with out-feed belt. Protective covers and photocell protection are standard items. |
Hydraulic Receding Head Cutting Machine
The GM6000 type hydraulic receding head cutting machines are used to cut large products made from textiles, paper, plastic, and artificial and genuine leather within the capacity of cutting power. The receding head presses range from 50-130 tons cutting power. Tables and beams range from 1200-2000 mm width and 650-1250 mm depth. Thanks to self- lubricated bronze bushings, no central lubrication system is needed. Heads are moved either by frequency modulated gear, or servo motor through toothed belts. Above 50 tons of cutting power, the head moving is hydraulic with a sophisticated proportional valve system. The presses can be ordered with dieboard holders; oscillating cutting pad shifter; material feeding unit (roll feed, pneumatic clamping beam feed, or special sheet feeder); and out-feed belt. The stroke setting low point is controlled by linear potentiometer.
