M Series

The eurolaser laser cutting machines M series are compact models.. Just like all eurolaser laser cutting machines the sealed-off laser technology in connection with exchangeable modular assembly groups reduces the lifecycle costs to a minimum. An investment which pays off!
A special feature is the optional shuttle table system, which almost doubles your productivity, enabling you to hold all the aces even with a “smaller“ laser cutter.

L Series

The laser cutting and engraving system offers unique precision and cut quality at highest cutting speeds, applicable to any material to be processed by individually choosing the right laser power. All eurolaser cutting systems are available with a laser power from 60 to 400 watt. Your benefit: application-related efficiency.

XL Series

The laser cutter size XL is the professional solution for the laser processing of various materials. With its modular concept and the easy handling it offers a future-oriented and efficient investment – just like all other Laser cutting systems. With cutting and engraving tests performed on your individual materials we determine in advance the optimal configuration of your laser cutter.

System automation

Higher productivity, more economical working - save time and money
Increase your productivity by increasing the utilisation of your eurolaser system! The automated production facilitates your work and offers faster material processing with higher profit, especially when processing in large numbers. Choose the option fitting to your system: automatic materialfeeder, mechanical material transport or continuous materialloading and unloading during processing. The different automation of the laser systems is based on your requirements and considers your application as well as the processed material and the process environment.

Doubling your productivity
The modular concept of the eurolaser Laser Cutting Systems allows the using of the Shuttle Table System with laserpower of 60 watt and more. It is also combinable with other options, for example PICTUREplus (Raster Engraving Unit) or POSITIONplus (Optical Recognition System).
By using this automatic material feed, textiles can be fed for laser cutting directly from the roll and routed after laser cutting directly to a table extension. With a high degree of connecting accuracy after a material feed cycle, sections, which for all practical purposes are endless, can be produced.
The software-controlled division of the work area allows laser system operation on alternate sides. This enables production to be continued on the opposite side while removing and reloading material.

POSITIONplus - Optical Recognition System
Automatic camera detection enables printed materials to be cut out precisely along the printed outline. Even copying tolerances in the printed format can be compensated by software control.
Mechanical Machining
Mechanical tool heads can be installed parallel to the laser, giving you the option to use tools such as milling cutters or knives. A valuable extension to your machining options with just one system technology.
PICTUREplus - Raster Engraving Unit
This optional equipment allows machining of image files and production of both 2D-images and 3D-reliefs. Engraving is possible with a resolution of up to 1200 dpi and in 256 shades of grey.
Label Module
Label your individual pieces quickly and in a single operation for further processing. Or mark your products with your brand logo.
Ink Printer Module
Label your work pieces or stick-on labels directly with the precise Ink Printer Module. The high resolution makes it possible to print fine writing and graphics.
Ink Marker Module
The compressed air controlled jet system applies ink markings to the material.
Pilotlaser
With this option, you can simplify the alignment operation for a multitude of tasks with a clearly visible red light beam.
Pick`n Place – Cartesian Robot system for supplying
You will optimise your workflow with our flexibly configurable and scalable robot systems. The loading and unloading of your laser system will be automated and done precisely.

Suction devices are selected to match your application and the table concept of your laser system. This guarantees complete emission extraction above and below the material.
